The treatment takes around 90 minutes, with a special gel that is applied to the teeth after we have protected your gums and the soft tissues in your mouth. You then rinse your mouth every 15 minutes before we apply gum protection and whitening gel again. In between rinses, you will sit and relax comfortably with a special light pointed at your teeth, which activates the special whitening agent in the gel.
We will also send you home with some at-home whitening instructions to complete for a few days following your in-house appointment to maximise the results. At-Home Teeth Whitening

For some customers, teeth whitening at home is the most preferred and convenient option. The treatment requires us to take impressions of your mouth during an appointment to create custom made trays. The teeth whitening pack will then be sent out to you.
After you receive the custom trays, you will need to apply the gels that come with them and wear them for up to an hour a day for two weeks.
This system is the most popular whitening option we have here at Perfect Smile Spa as it is extremely convenient and you can top the colour up whenever you need to!

How Much Does Teeth Whitening in Essex Cost?
