The appointment takes around 90 minutes. We protect your gums and soft tissue, apply a whitening gel, and ask you to rinse every 15 minutes before reapplying. Between rinses, you relax while a special light activates the whitening agent. You will also take home instructions for a short follow-up routine to maximise your results, plus we recommend a top-up every three months using the trays and gel we provide, which you can buy directly from us.

At-Home Teeth Whitening
Many of our patients prefer whitening on their own schedule. We take impressions at an appointment to create custom-made trays, then send your whitening pack out to you.
Once it arrives, you wear the trays with the gel provided for up to an hour a day over two weeks. This is our most popular option, since it is convenient and you can top up the shade whenever you want to.
