Dr Chirag Mehta GDC Reg no. 251305 BDS (Hons), MSc in Primary Dental Care, PG Diploma in Conscious Sedation

Chirag is the resident dentist exclusively practising endodontics and tooth extractions at our dental practice.

We accept endodontic (root canal treatment) referrals in house and from surrounding practices. He also works part-time as a Speciality Dentist in Restorative Dentistry at Kingston Hospital, where he undertakes complex root canal treatments, surgical endodontics, in addition to mentoring postgraduate dental trainees.

Outside of his endodontic training, Chirag has completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Conscious Sedation. He has a great deal of experience in providing intravenous sedation to treat patients who are very anxious or phobic, along with those with severe learning disabilities or movement disorders.

Through his calm and friendly manner, he is known to put his patients at ease from the moment they walk in the door. This has meant even the most anxious patients have been able to undergo advanced procedures under his care.

Outside of work, Chirag’s hobbies include swimming, football and attending the gym. He is currently learning to play the saxophone and loves a variety of different types of music. His love of travel has taken him to many places including Bali, Thailand, Vietnam, Australia, and China.
